At TCB JEANS, we want you to be fully satisfied with your high-quality denim purchase. If your jeans don't fit perfectly or meet your expectations, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the unwashed and unworn denim with all original tags attached back into its original packaging to ensure the items remain protected during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print the provided prepaid shipping label, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our workshop inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange size within 5-7 business days.
